Connoisseur Media – Canton, OH is seeking a professional
Part-time Sales Assistant. This is an on-site position. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to prioritize work and manage the stress of a high-pressure work environment and will be expected to comply with all company procedures and internal controls associated with the assigned duties. The role requires performing a variety of administrative tasks for the business, sales, and traffic departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multitask, balance priorities, take direction, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoy working in a team environment that is fast-paced and deadline-driven. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours and be available for additional shifts when necessary.
Responsibilities of this position may include the following:
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls.
- Handle Prize Distribution.
- Invoice and Various Document Mailings.
- Daily Mail Sorting.
- Perform Bank Deposits.
- Handle Integrated Marketing Consultant Requests within Marketron.
- Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.
Requirements for this position include the following:
- Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
- Knowledge of Marketron.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
- Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
- Ability to interact with Advertisers and the General Public
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
- Able to work with clients, management, and staff at all levels
- Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
- Previous experience in broadcast media.
- Previous experience in Marketron.
- Experience Microsoft and G-Suite platforms.
