Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and help to create marketing data as follows: product cut-sheets, brochures, sales write-ups, etc.
· Company website and social media management and content creation
· Manage and coordinate company tradeshows and events.
· Create and update company forms.
· Maintain clean and safe work area.
· All duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management.
· Responsible for understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred or Business degree. Equivalent work experience or other Bachelor’s degree will be considered.
· Experience developing proposals, including writing, editing, and formatting or similar technical writing experience.
· Experience with website design and maintenance a plus.
· Experience with graphic art.
· Ability to work well under pressure, coordinate numerous activities, achieve high quality standards, meet production deadlines and time constraints.
· Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· A positive attitude is a must.
· Able to clearly communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management.
o Demonstrated time management skills.
o Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagrammatic form.
o Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
o Written and spoken English.
Working Conditions
Temperature-controlled office with moderate noise level. Occasional exposure to manufacturing area with dust, noise, moving machinery, and humidity. Personal protective equipment as required.
Physical Requirements
Office position. Spends the majority of the work shift sitting. Generally requires clear vision at 20 inches or less for reading. May include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. with no assistance.
