Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Healthcare Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solution-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location:Remote (must be near Sacramento, California for onsite presence 1-2 days a week)
Pay Range: up to $52
What's the Job?
- Gather and analyze requirements for new healthcare implementations and large-scale deployments.
- Support the development of sustainable healthcare products and solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across diverse teams to ensure project success.
- Perform complex data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with health plan and insurance processes.
- Strong community engagement skills and ability to work with multi-faceted teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and analytical methods.
