Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be part of the Healthcare Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Lead Business Analyst

Location:Remote (must be near Sacramento, California for onsite requirements)

Pay Range: up to $65 per hour

What's the Job?

Lead the development of products for sustainable healthcare solutions.
Gather and analyze requirements for new healthcare implementations and deployments.
Support large-scale deployment projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Design and delegate tasks to team members, coaching junior analysts on methods and tools.
Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure project success and meet business objectives.

What's Needed?

7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or health insurance sectors.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Experience with complex data analysis and community engagement.
Ability to lead product development and large-scale deployment initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with stakeholders at various levels.
