High-Performance Sales Closer – Warm Inbound Leads

Relay Autos is the automation engine behind high-volume Facebook Marketplace sales for car dealerships. We automatically sync inventory, post listings, renew vehicles, respond to leads, and route buyers directly to sales teams - eliminating manual workload and increasing deal flow.
We are hiring elite closers.
This role is for experienced, high-conviction sales professionals who know how to convert qualified opportunities into revenue. You will be handed pre-qualified, warm dealership leads directly onto your calendar. Your only job is to run a tight call, control the room, handle objections, and close.
We expect a minimum 25% close rate. If that standard intimidates you, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
- Take scheduled demo calls with dealership owners, GMs, and sales managers
- Run structured discovery and product demonstrations over Zoom
- Control the sales conversation and drive toward a clear decision
- Handle objections around automation, Facebook Marketplace risk, pricing, and ROI
- Close on the call whenever possible
- Maintain clean CRM notes and pipeline accuracy
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets
No list building.
No high-volume cold dialing.
No babysitting.
You close.

Compensation
- Aggressive uncapped commission structure
- Warm, pre-qualified leads provided
- Fast sales cycle (often 1–2 calls to close)
- High-income ceiling for consistent performers
Top closers should expect $10K–$20K+ per month.
Underperformers will not last.
