Responsibilities
- Close prospective clients on our pest control service
- Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the ownership to develop effective strategies for business development.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in telephone sales and business development are essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and lead management is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
