Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sustainability sector, is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 4, you will be part of the Program Management supporting sustainability-focused operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support a sustainability-focused initiative by providing business analytics and program management support to scale operational processes.
- Oversee supplier coordination, contract management, and process optimization across the product end-of-life lifecycle.
- Manage and improve change management workflows, review change requests, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track program metrics, cycle times, and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, suppliers, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
What's Needed?
- 8-10+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or reverse logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of supplier management and contract management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel (intermediate+), Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
