Service BDC Manager (Confidential Opportunity)

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
A well-established and growing automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Service BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to lead and develop a high-performing service BDC team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Service BDC representatives
- Develop and manage processes to ensure consistent customer communication and retention
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
- Partner with service and sales leadership to improve workflow and customer experience
- Oversee appointment scheduling, service reminders, and follow-up campaigns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service BDC Manager in a dealership environment (required)
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting
