We are continuing to scale nationally and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented
Marketing Assistant to support our expanding marketing and business development efforts. This role is intended to be the operational backbone of national marketing: partnering closely with the Senior Proposal Writer and under the direction of the Marketing Director to maintain graphics standards, leverage digital and video communications, support brand initiatives, execute events, manage logistics, and bring our story to life across social channels. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-region environment and enjoys turning plans into well-executed, on-the-ground results.
Summary/Objective
We’re looking for an organized and proactive
Marketing Assistant to contribute creative ideas, organizational skills, and digital design expertise to help the firm achieve its marketing goals. No two days will be the same with the wide range of support needed in the areas of email marketing, photography, branded templates and takeaways, data analytics, proposal development, website updating and maintenance, as well as other marketing and business development functions.
Requirements
- Assist with content management of the firm’s website and social media channels, including leveraging graphics standards and posting content. Working knowledge of website builders/WordPress.
- Assist with developing social media strategy and department processes.
- Support marketing data analytics and visual illustrations of metrics and professional capabilities.
- Assist with the preparation of firm proposals for new business, firm award submissions, directories and listings, and conference arrangements and support.
- Assist in keeping firm records up-to-date, including marketing materials and collateral, contacts, attorney bios, documents, files, project databases, templates, and photography.
- From time to time, this position will also provide administrative support for various marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services company; marketing or communications degree is a plus.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other publishing/editing programs.
- Graphic design aptitude; comfortable with digital media tools and platforms, and an ability to adapt to and learn new software (such as Canva).
- Fluency with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and in person, as well as proofreading and attention to detail.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, and quality of work.
- Professional demeanor and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Displays good judgment, a high degree of trustworthiness, and a positive attitude. Able to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written skills, and is comfortable interacting with lawyers and professionals at all levels of leadership.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working from our Denver office, and in-person at least 2-3 days a week.
Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience. We offer medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, group term life insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, and parental leave. The firm will also cover some public transportation costs.
