Position: Investment Origination & Business Development Associate

Crewstone International is seeking an Investment Origination & Business Development Associate to focus on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities across private equity, real estate, and alternative investments. This role is centered on proactive deal generation, relationship building, and expanding the firm’s pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new investment opportunities through outbound outreach, industry networks, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, intermediaries, and deal originators
- Identify and qualify potential deals aligned with the firm’s investment strategy
- Coordinate initial screening, including high-level financial analysis and opportunity assessment
- Support the deal pipeline by tracking opportunities and maintaining internal databases
- Work closely with the investment team to transition qualified opportunities into due diligence
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, business development, or sales within financial services
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to proactively source and originate opportunities
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and private market investments
- Highly driven, resourceful, and comfortable with outbound outreach and networking
- Organized and able to manage a high volume of opportunities in a fast-paced environment
