About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our Chief Merchandising Officer. This is a front-row seat to the world of retail and fashion — you'll work side-by-side with senior leadership, touching everything from data and planning to trend inspiration and travel logistics. If you love fashion, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on being one step ahead, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and populate data grids and reporting decks for the CMO to present to the executive team — accuracy and aesthetics both matter here.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations featuring newness and trend inspiration to share with our wholesale and retail customers.
- Own all travel logistics for the company — from booking flights and hotels to coordinating itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Populate and maintain product planning tools with sales and incoming inventory data to support product flow and seasonal planning decisions.
- Help manage and filter the CMO's email inbox and calendar— triaging, flagging priorities, and drafting responses as needed.
- Handle a variety of personal and executive tasks to keep the CMO focused on the big picture — no task is too small if it helps the team run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role (internship experience considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel and PowerPoint — and a genuine eye for clean, polished design.
- Experience with or willingness to quickly learn inventory planning tools and data management platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A proactive, can-do attitude — you spot what needs to be done before being asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in fashion, retail, or merchandising is a big plus.
Why You'll Love It Here
- Direct exposure to C-suite strategy and decision-making from day one.
- A front-row seat to the world of fashion retail — trend forecasting, buying, and beyond.
- A collaborative, fast-moving team that values creativity and initiative.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities to grow your career in merchandising or operations.
