We’re Hiring: San Diego Account Manager (Field-Based)

Shoreline Supply Company is one of the fastest-growing coffee and restaurant supply distributors in Southern California, and we’re looking for a San Diego Account Manager to join our team.
We partner with some of the best coffee shops and restaurants in the region, supplying everything they need to run their business:
coffee, alternative milks, matcha, chai, syrups, cups, lids, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and more.
We’re a family-owned company with startup energy.
Our goal is simple: support independent businesses while building something special together.

What You’ll Do
This is not a desk job. This is a field-first sales role.
You’ll spend your time out in market, building relationships and growing accounts across San Diego County:
• Visit coffee shops and restaurant clients daily
• Build real relationships with owners and managers
• Introduce new products and partner brands
• Help customers improve menus and offerings
• Grow accounts through recommendations and upselling
• Work closely with sales leadership to expand territory
Sales is a core part of this role.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable asking for the order, moving opportunities forward, and maximizing every account.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience
• Strong face-to-face sales skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Self-starter mentality
• Ability to manage and grow a territory
Preferred Background:
• Coffee, foodservice, or hospitality
• CPG or beverage sales (juices, RTDs, alt milks, energy, etc.)
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout San Diego County

Compensation
$75,000 – $90,000 per year
