Job Summary
HOJIA is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives and content development across our projects. As a fast-paced startup, you’ll directly work with and report to the company’s management. This isn’t a traditional assistant role. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, is eager to work hard, and is passionate about building a brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist managers to create and implement overall marketing plans and strategies for different projects.
- Conduct deep market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Red Note, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute marketing campaigns and run promotional initiatives.
- Assist in project planning and preparation of events like business meetings and franchise exhibitions.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and generate reports on their activities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and generate marketing performance reports.
- Participate in content production including photo shoots, video shoots, and promotional events.
- Lead and support cross-branding promotions and in-store promotions.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, or digital content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- One year of experience in a professional marketing industry.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.
- Able to set comprehensive marketing plans with specific KPIs
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal/written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts
- Proven record of marketing plans and portfolio
- Experience with content creation or editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000
Work Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA (In Person)
Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the office location and are responsible for their own transportation.
