ABOUT FAENA ROSE
A private, invitation-only cultural membership organization is seeking an Event Production Associate to join its dynamic, hardworking Event Programming and Production Team. Faena Rose brings together a vibrant community of innovators, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, artists, and cultural influencers through an inspiring calendar of cultural programming for 80+ events a year with the highest standard of production, planning, and experience execution for its community.
The types of events and programming expectations for its exclusive and confidential members are nothing short of a VIP experience, with keen attention to detail, consistently. This organization is known for industry-leading events for its members, which is why it maintains a best-in-class membership retention rate.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Social Media & Content Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of Faena Rose's digital presence — on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. This is an in-person role based at Faena in Miami.
This is not a strategy role. It is an execution role that works closely with our Creative Director, GM, and social strategist advisor to bring a defined content strategy to life — on time, on brand, and to a high standard. You will be the person who makes the system run daily.
If you are hyper-organized, love social media, know how to shoot vertical content confidently at live events, carry yourself well in a premium environment, and can hold your own in a fast-moving world with A-list talent and UHNW members — this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN - RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Execution & Posting
• Manage and maintain the Faena Rose content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Execute the weekly and monthly publishing cadence — on schedule, without being chased
• Post content across platforms with correct metadata, captions, tags, and SEO formatting
• Own the ClickUp project management day to day, workflow for all content tasks — tracking deadlines, status, and approvals
• Coordinate daily with our video editors, event team, and creative director to keep the content pipeline moving
On-Site Content Capture
• Attend Faena Rose events as the primary vertical content shooter
• Operate a dedicated vertical camera (DJI OSMO Pocket 3 or similar) to capture Shorts, Reels, BTS, talent moments, and key event clips
• Confidently approach members, speakers, and talent to capture cold intros, reflections, and key moments — on the spot
• Execute event-day shot lists and adapt in real time when moments arise
• Deliver clean, organized vertical footage to editors immediately following each event
Editing & Asset Production
• Edit short-form social clips (Reels, Shorts) using Adobe Premiere or equivalent
• Design static posts, carousels, and Instagram templates in Adobe and/or Canva/FIGMA
• Add captions, lower thirds, and simple text overlays in brand-consistent style
• Prepare and upload YouTube episodes with proper titles, descriptions, timestamps, and thumbnails
• Maintain and QC brand templates for repeatable posting formats and leverage AI for editing
Process & Coordination
• Manage the content production workflow in ClickUp — tasks, deadlines, approvals, and handoffs
• Facilitate the weekly creative review cadence with the Creative Director to keep approvals moving
• Triage inbound content from the production team and route it correctly
• Track performance data (views, reach, engagement, subscriber growth) and report weekly
• Track trends and algorithm changes and provide recommendations that have an impact on the overall social media goals weekly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Hyper-organized — you live by your calendar, checklists, and follow-ups. Deadlines are not suggestions.
• Experienced shooting vertical content at live events or interview settings — not product or food content. Must have experience shooting people.
• Confident and socially at ease — you can walk up to a speaker, founder, or high-profile guest and get the shot without hesitation
• Proficient in short-form editing: Adobe Premiere (or equivalent) for Reels and Shorts
• Proficient in Adobe, Canva, or FIGMA for static post and carousel design
• Native understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — how content performs, what the algorithm rewards, what looks right
• Comfortable working fast-paced, in-person, in a dynamic environment with high expectations
Strong Preferences
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools (tasks, due dates, checklists, pipelines)
• Canva and/or Figma experience a plus
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO basics — titles, descriptions, timestamps, tags
• An eye for brand consistency — you notice when something looks off
• Ability to receive creative direction from a CD with a strong visual point of view and execute it faithfully
Proactive Communication
This team moves fast and the work is interdependent. When something is unclear, delayed, or stuck — we need to know. Silence is a bigger problem than speaking up.
Whether the roadblock is a creative approval, a missed deadline, or a direction that does not make sense, this person is expected to flag it directly and promptly, regardless of who the bottleneck is. That includes leadership. We do not bite, and we respect the person who surfaces the problem before it becomes a bigger one.
• You raise issues early — you do not wait until a deadline has passed to flag a problem
• You ask clarifying questions when something is not clear, rather than guessing and getting it wrong
• You are comfortable saying to a senior leader: 'I need a decision on this to move forward'
• You follow up. If you are waiting on something, you own the follow-up — politely, professionally, and consistently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to move safely on uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to identify and respond to potential hazards
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 lbs
SUCCESS METRICS
- Timeliness: zero overdue tasks
- Impact: Subscriber growth on youtube
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience in social media in production support (luxury or high-touch environments a plus that is unrelated to food or product shoots)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva/FIGMA
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This organization offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan with employer match
- Vacation and PTO package
- Additional employee benefits
