The QTI Group has partnered with a Madison-based professional services organization in recruiting an on-site Graphic Designer. This temporary role (2–3 months) will support the Marketing team with digital and print design needs, along with light photography.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $25+/hr. based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create digital and print materials including ads, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, website assets, internal communications, video graphics, and office signage.
- Ensure consistent brand integrity across all business entities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather project requirements, content, and direction.
- Develop multiple concepts and layout options tailored to project goals and audiences.
- Prepare polished, production-ready files for internal review and compliance.
- Maintain and update the corporate branding style guide with the Marketing Director.
- Manage an existing backlog of design projects and support timely workflow across the team.
- Capture and edit photography for headshots and events.
- Complete photo editing as needed.
- Assist with general marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Graphic Design.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience; experience in B2B or professional services is preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Proficiency with Figma for collaborative layout and prototyping.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Teams.
- Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Strong visual design instincts and knowledge of current design trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working on both Mac and PC systems.
- Professional communication style and ability to represent a polished brand image.
