Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support our digital team across several ecommerce initiatives including CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, Creative Campaign Support, and Assistance with Content and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate is curious about how modern beauty brands grow online and wants hands-on experience working within different digital channels.
What You'll Do
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Assist with email and SMS campaign planning and execution
- Support auditing and optimizing automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, etc.)
- Support campaign calendar planning and promotional launches
Campaign & Digital Marketing Support
- Help brief creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Support merchandising and promotional updates across digital channels
TikTok Shop Support
- Assist with TikTok Shop activations and promotions
- Help track creator content and product tagging
Content
- Help identify and organize UGC and creator content
- Support content organization for marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and ecommerce

Requirements
- Available to work 30-35 hours per week
- Must be able to work from our LA office at least 1 day per week
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn — not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, or TikTok is a plus (but not required)
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and digital culture
