Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:
- 3-4 + Years of Project Management / Estimating experience required
- Commercial / Industrial HVAC experience required
- Experience with the Full Project Lifecycle (Pre-Construction -Closeout) in a design-build preferred
- Experience Leading Project Teams, Subcontractors / Field Crews, Scheduling, Budgeting, Jobsite Operations preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Bluebeam preferred

Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities:
- This role involves managing and supporting commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, preparing submittals, managing purchase orders and subcontracts, assisting with estimates, and overseeing field operations and HVAC installations
- Additional duties include working with clients, engineers, contractors, and field teams, handling project documentation, performing basic engineering calculations, and managing multiple projects to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
- Projects include office buildings, manufacturing facilities, data centers, and clean rooms
