Responsibilities
- Lead and organize process flow on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to catalogue and track required project documentation.
- Assist with coordination, scheduling, tracking and reporting on field installation projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain project schedules and track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Coordinate with engineers, operations and sales on projects to ensure deadlines are met and all parties have visibility into progress on each project.
- Act as primary point of contact for projects.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Five+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Engineering estimating principles and practices.
- Excellent project scheduling abilities with a focus on timely completion of tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering project management processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with contracts, legal requirements, and compliance standards in commercial projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Construction site experience and project management is a bonus.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
