We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy administrative professional to support our operations with invoicing, virtual mail management, and light data tasks. As a Finance & Operations Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of our company.
This is a Part Time Full Remote position with up to 20 hours of work per week.

What You’ll Love To Do:
- Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Set up systems access for new contractors and employees
- Manage state tax, unemployment, and business registration across multiple states
- Sort, review, and route incoming virtual mail and communications
- Perform light data entry and data organization tasks across systems
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete tasks with consistency and precision
- Create and update SOPs as needed to ensure alignment with task flow
- Communicate progress, blockers, and updates clearly and proactively
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong comfort with modern digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Asana, Salesforce, or equivalents)
- High fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar) to draft emails, generate content, and solve operational problems efficiently
- High level of efficiency and throughput - able to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable daily availability during normal work hours to ensure steady progress on time-sensitive work
- Clear and professional written communication
- Some prior experience with invoicing, billing, or financial/administrative processes
