Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement personalized financial plans aligned with clients’ long-term goals
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Conduct client meetings with clarity, professionalism, and purpose
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver comprehensive financial guidance
- Utilize firm resources and partnerships to offer a wide range of financial products and services
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing learning

Qualifications:
- Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia)
- Proven experience selling life insurance products and generating leads
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Business-driven mindset with the desire to grow a personal practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
