The Account Manager plays a key role in driving sales and managing Customer relationships. This position works closely with the Sales Team, Customers, and internal partners to grow accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure seamless execution across all aspects of the sales process.
The role requires strong sales instincts, sound judgment, and a high level of accountability. It operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple priorities and frequent interaction across the organization and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Proactively manage and grow assigned Customer accounts, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and expand product placement.
- Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and strategy discussions to support business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Customers, acting as a trusted partner.
- Respond to Customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of service.
- Support Customers with product knowledge, order tracking, and problem-solving to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer and prospective information in CRM systems.
- Analyze sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and supply chain to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with internal teams to develop sales materials, plans, and strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, forecasting discussions, and planning sessions.
- Support the execution of sales events, presentations, and Customer initiatives.
