Duties and Responsibilities:
Integral in coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring they are synchronized. This is a high-impact administrative role designed for a multi-tasker who will oversee tasks like customer invoicing & outreach, event coordination, project management, software support, content creation, campaign execution, market research, performance analytics, and more. You will act as a cross-functional support team member, collaborating mainly with Sales, IT, and Marketing to drive process improvements and ensure a premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities/Support Role: - Class administration:
- Wolff Technical Institute: scheduling rooms, managing materials, innovating new initiatives, reports, etc.
- elevateU: vendor coordination, class details, managing materials, recordings, reporting attendees back to HR and other reports, innovating new initiatives, etc.
- wolffbros.hdsestore.com administration: product maintenance, order fulfillment, custom orders, financial department liaison, reports, etc.
- Events: regional and branch vendors & customer planning & execution
- Campaigns: customer promotions, employee incentives and awareness planning & execution
- Processes: research, present and execute SOPs which create more efficient systems
- Project Management: assist with planning and execution as needed for marketing projects as assigned
Daily:
- Research and understand relevant markets, trends, industries, and competitors.
- Understand, develop and communicate customer segmentation to best attract, engage and service the specific needs of each.
- Coordinate communication between all audience to ensure maximum results
- Perform sales analytics to determine program success, recommending changes as needed
- Develop and coordinate lead generation ideas and tools to foster growth
- Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors, agencies, etc. to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
- Work with finance department to keep timely records of all reimbursement activities
- Understand the business objectives and growth plans
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- With 1 to 3 years of marketing experience performing similar responsibilities; B2B experience is strongly preferred
- Project management skills are a must; sales experience a plus
- Successful record of collaborating and bringing teams together to achieve common goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to create reports and analyze results
- Should have a firm grasp of marketing platforms, channels and best practices
- Knowledge of the process and creation of merchandising solutions in-store and online
- Must be a self-starter, able to independently generate ideas, seek opportunities, move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must have a professional demeanor and appearance for working with customers and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other software such as website software a plus
