- Develop comprehensive landscape designs
- Create detailed drawings and construction documents that clearly communicate design intent to clients and contractors.

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct site surveys including land surveying and land use analysis utilizing GIS tools like ArcView and ArcGIS.
- Prepare construction estimates, project timelines, and scope of work for hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from initial concept through construction completion while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong knowledge of GIS applications such as ArcView and ArcGIS for site analysis and planning.
- Experience with civil engineering principles related to land surveying, grading, drainage, and civil construction.
- Expertise in landscaping techniques including hardscape features like patios and pathways, irrigation systems, planting design, and sustainable practices.
- Ability to interpret construction documents and perform construction estimating accurately.
