Graphic Design Intern, Onsite, Easton PA
General Summary
The Graphic Design Intern will support the Creative team by assisting with a variety of internal design needs across the organization, contributing to merchandising graphics, internal creative requests, and visual assets for Crayola Experience locations. They may also help maintain and organize brand assets and guidelines within Crayola’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity for a design student or early‑career designer to gain real‑world experience within a well‑established global brand, building skills in brand consistency, production‑ready design, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Job Specifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Fundamental understanding of branding, typography, color, and layout principles
- Ability to interpret creative direction and adapt designs to existing brand standards
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in merchandising design, branded environments, or consumer-facing graphics is a plus
- Basic familiarity with digital asset management systems or file organization standards is helpful
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team
