This is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Lehigh Valley market in PA.
The primary responsibilities as the leader of an assigned market are to provide strategic leadership to ensure the Financial Centers meet and exceed growth targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Leadership, collaboration, and dedication to excellence is instrumental in driving sustainable growth and delivering unparalleled value to customers. This role also entails fostering common and consistent communications that align with the strategic goals of the Bank, to navigate organizational change or promote initiatives, or to keep the team informed and motivated. Effective collaboration with Fulton partners in other segments of the bank is critical for success. Will directly oversee a market consisting of 12-20 Financial Centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to Financial Center Managers and teams, holding them accountable for achieving Market and Financial Center growth goals. Collaboratively establishing performance expectations and development plans, work closely with Financial Center Managers to identify areas for improvement and to set clear, actionable goals. Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure continuous growth and development within the team.
- Coach and mentor through the utilization of Fulton coaching models and feedback mechanisms to guide Financial Center Managers and their teams towards goal attainment and sustained performance excellence. This role involves active and consistent coaching and mentoring of Financial Center Managers to help them realize their full potential. Through personalized guidance, role playing, delivering customized learning and support, empower the managers to overcome challenges, develop key competencies, and excel in their roles.
- Work closely with Sales Managers from both the Commercial and Consumer lines of business, as well as other partners within Fulton Bank. By aligning efforts and resources, collectively strive towards common goals and objectives, maximizing synergy and efficiency and achieving company growth goals.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce. By identifying and nurturing the most qualified candidates, build teams that are primed for success.
- Work closely with the Consumer Operations Specialist to ensure that Financial Centers adhere to operational and security policies, procedures, and risk management protocols outlined by management. Maintain strict compliance to mitigate risks and safeguard operations.
- Serve as the escalation point for market issues that impact the business. Address challenges promptly and effectively. Leverage an ability to assess and resolve issues decisively to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity.
- Participate in community activities to include non-profit Board and committee involvement.
- Champion company culture initiatives that reinforce a work environment of inclusion and belonging.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or equivalent. (Required)
Experience
7 or more years sales management experience. (Required)
7 or more years retail banking, financial services, or sales experience. (Required)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate27s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $114,100.00 - $190,100.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
