About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Designer to join our design team. You'll work on custom retail displays and store fixtures from concept through production, collaborating with our sales team, internal designers, and overseas manufacturing partners. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership over the full design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom retail displays and store fixtures that balance visual impact, functionality, and scalability
- Translate concepts quickly into 3D models and high-quality renderings for client presentations
- Produce clear, accurate design packages to support manufacturing quoting and production
- Collaborate with sales, estimating, and manufacturing partners to align design intent with budget and materials
- Support prototyping efforts including reviewing factory samples and refining designs based on feedback
- Stay current on materials, finishes, construction methods, and retail display trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in industrial design or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino 3D) — required
- Proficiency in KeyShot Studio for rendering and visualization — required
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to communicate design intent clearly to clients and manufacturing partners
What Sets You Apart
- Experience designing retail displays, store fixtures, furniture, or similar commercial products
- Comfort working at a fast pace across multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and how design decisions affect manufacturing cost
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
