What We're Looking For
We’re on the hunt for someone who’s creative, driven, and excited to take the lead on all things marketing. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from ad campaigns to social media to keeping tabs on where our leads come from. You won’t be working from the outside — you’ll be right here with us, hands-on, building the brand and helping us grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Local Involvement
- Get familiar with seasonal trends in plumbing and HVAC
- Run marketing campaigns that match our goals
- Stay on top of what’s working and where we can improve
- Represent Torch at community events to get our name out there
- Bring fresh ideas to the table for future marketing directions
Managing Marketing Channels
You’ll be in charge of:
- Direct Mail
- Our website
- Billboards
- SEO
- Google Ads & Local Service Ads (PPC & LSA)
- Social media accounts
- Angi’s Leads, Service Direct, and any new lead generation tools we add
Tracking Leads & Budget
- Keep track of where every lead is coming from
- Break down what’s working (and what’s not)
- Report on marketing spend and ROI
- Use ServiceTitan to help connect marketing to actual jobs and revenue
- Utilize customer reach with CHIIRP, Service Titan, etc.
Social Media & Content
- Lead our social media efforts
- Create engaging content, from photos to videos
- Visit job sites to capture real-time visuals (equipment provided)
Working with the Team
- Be part of the day-to-day office flow
- Collaborate with other departments and attend team meetings
- Help bring ideas to life and be part of our growth
Long-Term & Ongoing
- Work with other departments (like ops and sales) to keep everything aligned
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and tools
- Expect the role to evolve as we grow — flexibility is a must
What You Bring
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications — or something similar
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and paid ads (Google especially)
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new tools (like ServiceTitan)
- Some skills in graphic design tools
- A self-starter mindset — someone who thrives on ownership
- Local travel is part of the gig (we’ll provide gear)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
