Job Summary:
We are seeking aproactive, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of client marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative thinker who takes initiative, has excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our clientele’s brand messages are consistent and effectively reach the target audience across multiple channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Write content for social media posts and emails according to brand standards
- Assist in managing Clientele CRMs
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to recommend improvements
- Support the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and event materials
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure client deliverables are met on time for
- Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and manage project timelines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- General administrative duties, including research projects for clients and ad hoc needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships can be included for new graduate candidates)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, , Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
