Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. You will leverage your skills in outside sales, account management, and business development to identify new opportunities and expand our market presence.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Execute territory management effectively to maximize coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cold calling initiatives to reach out to potential customers and introduce our offerings.
- Close sales while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in B2B/D2D sales preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for effective account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to conduct engaging communication that highlight key features and benefits.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and territory sales strategies is desirable.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
