Mythic Media is a creative marketing agency focused on building, scaling, and monetizing content creators and brands. We work closely with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok—helping them grow audiences, land brand deals, and create high-performing, viral content.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Strategist who lives and breathes social media content.
This isn’t a typical role. You’ll be directly involved in shaping content strategies, working with creators, and helping execute ideas that reach millions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute social media strategies for creators and brands
- Brainstorm and develop viral content ideas (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Support and manage brand deal execution and creator partnerships
- Conduct content research and trend analysis
- Create case studies for sales material
- Create graphics, short-form videos, and visual assets
- Write engaging copy for posts, scripts, and campaigns
- Write engaging scripts for viral social media content
- Build and improve operational systems
- Organize and manage workflows using Google Workspace
- Collaborate closely with the team in-person
What We’re Looking For
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva + Adobe required)
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture
- Ability to think of big, bold ideas—and execute them even bigger
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Team player who fits well in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Must be able to work onsite in Shelby Township, MI
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Curious mindset—always learning, always asking questions
- Experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or storytelling
- Experience creating content (personal brand or client work is a plus)
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok ecosystems
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Must be local to the Metro Detroit area with the ability to work onsite

Compensation & Benefits
