Role Description
The Sales and Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The position involves managing client accounts, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, assisting customers with their uniform needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. This role also includes outside efforts through industry events like boat shows, trade shows, and visiting clients.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service experience to effectively manage client relationships and meet their needs.
- Strong Sales skills to drive business growth and achieve company sales targets.
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Training clients or colleagues on product offerings or services is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred and added plus having QuickBooks experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Yachting Industry or similar industries is an advantage.
