Position Overview
Location: Remote (U.S.- PST preferred)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand presence, supporting sales growth, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry expectations. This role is ideal for a versatile marketing professional who thrives in a technical B2B environment and can operate across strategy and execution. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and external marketing partners.
In this position, you will primarily be supporting the marketing efforts for the Signia Mission Systems Businesses. These include, Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, Onboard System International, Lifesaving Systems, and Meeker Aviation. The Marketing Manager will also broadly support additional Signia businesses with trade shows and brand presence.
What You’ll Do
Trade Shows & Industry Events
- Lead planning and execution of all trade shows and industry events (domestic and international)
- Manage booth design, layout, and messaging to ensure strong brand presence
- Coordinate logistics including shipping, setup, teardown, and on-site execution
- Oversee demo product selection and presentation
- Manage promotional goods and event-related materials
Digital Presence & Content Management
- Own and manage the company website, including content updates, structure, and performance optimization
- Manage social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with business priorities
Advertising & Campaigns
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across digital and industry-specific channels
- Create and manage ad content, placements, and performance tracking
- Lead planning and execution of major product launch campaigns
Marketing Collateral & Brand Management
Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including:
- Sales sheets and product literature
- Images and visual assets
- Presentation and document templates
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all external-facing materials
External Communications
- Draft and manage press releases, announcements, and contributed articles
- Coordinate placement in industry publications and media outlets
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Develop and manage customer surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Track and report on customer-related KPIs and marketing performance metrics
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Vendor & Partner Management
- Collaborate with third-party marketing partners to prioritize and execute initiatives
- Manage relationships with promotional goods suppliers and other vendors
- Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery across all external support partners
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or industrial B2B sectors
- Proven experience managing trade shows and industry events
- Strong content creation and communication skills (written and visual)
- Experience managing websites and social media channels
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising strategies, and campaign execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with external agencies or marketing partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rotorcraft, military aviation, or aerospace aftermarket environments
- Familiarity with technical products and ability to translate complex concepts into clear marketing messages
- Experience supporting product launches in regulated or highly technical industries
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing analytics tools
