Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our senior financial professionals, managing the daily operations of the office, preparing for client meetings, and facilitating client requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Preparation: Prep and follow up on advisory team meetings, including assembling agendas, updating financial plans, and updating the CRM.
Client Service: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, handling account openings, transfers, and updates.
Administrative Support: Maintain calendars, prepare correspondence, process paperwork for compliance, and maintain client files.
Operational Workflow: Execute securities trades under the direction of advisors, and research account inquiries.
Marketing/Support: Coordinate client appreciation events and execute marketing campaigns.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
