The Job: Build Funnels that print quality leads
This is not a brand strategy role. This is a hands‑on, full‑funnel build position.
- Your job is simple to say, but takes talent to do:
“Build and scale marketing funnels that deliver a predictable stream of qualified in‑home sales appointments for our sales teams.”
In practice that means you will:
Mine our existing gold:
- Take our massive list of past leads/customers and turn it into reactivation and referral campaigns that book real appointments.
Build full funnels:
- Design and test offers and hooks with our paid agency.
- Build landing pages and forms (using simple tools or light dev you direct).
- Route leads into CRM with clear ownership and follow‑up.
- Attach email/SMS nurture so no lead gets left behind.\
Stand up lifecycle & nurture:
- 3–4 core flows out of the gate:
- Insurance funded work “winback”
- Homeowner funded work “not now / no‑show”
- Past customer review + referral
- Ship v1s in weeks, not quarters, then iterate.
Make the numbers obvious:
- Define and track:
- Marketing‑sourced appointments per week
- Reactivated appointments
- Jobs from those flows
- Work with our CTO to get a simple weekly view you and the leadership team can run on.
Who You Are
- You should NOT be excited by this if:
You mainly want to manage agencies and “own the brand”
You need a team of 5–10 people to get anything done
You don’t remember the last time you personally built a funnel
- You should absolutely be excited if:
You’ve personally built funnels (ads + landing + nurture) that materially increased booked sales appointments, not just lead count
You can sit down on Monday and immediately start:
- Pulling and segmenting lists
- Drafting flows in an email/SMS tool
- Sketching landing pages and offers
- Getting campaigns into production
Baseline:
- 5–10+ years in digital/growth marketing for a lead‑gen or home‑services style business
- Strong direct‑response copy (emails, texts, landers, ads)
- Hands‑on with at least one marketing automation platform and one landing page tool
- Comfortable directing a paid agency and our inhouse s content creator/video shooter, while at the same time owning the performance
Comp & Upside
- Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus: Up to ~$120,000, tied to:
- Revenue impact
- Growth in marketing‑sourced sales appointments
- Shipping core lifecycle/funnel systems
