Every release we create is meant to feel collectible, artistic, and intentional. We are looking for a designer who can match that level of creativity and execute at a high level consistently.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to join our team in a part time remote role. This is not an entry level position. You must be fast, detail oriented, and capable of producing high end work across multiple formats. You will be working directly with our founder and creative direction, helping bring ideas to life across digital and physical assets.

Responsibilities
Design marketing assets for web, email, and social media
Create product visuals and mockups for cigar releases
Edit and enhance photography using Lightroom
Produce print ready designs including packaging, inserts, and promotional materials using Illustrator
Work in Photoshop for compositing, retouching, and creative design
Prepare files with proper sizing, bleed, and print specifications
Maintain consistency with brand identity while bringing fresh creative ideas
Turn around projects quickly while maintaining high quality
Collaborate on creative concepts and execute them cleanly

Requirements
Master level proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
Strong portfolio that shows high end, polished design work
Experience with product based brands, preferably in luxury or lifestyle categories
Ability to take direction and also think creatively on your own
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color
Experience preparing files for print production
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly

Bonus
Experience with packaging design
Experience with e commerce brands
Interest in cigars, lifestyle brands, or storytelling driven products
