Leadenhall Search & Selection are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing TMT strategy consultancy looking to hire an Associate to join their team!

This individual will be actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of client projects, taking ownership of key components of analysis and problem-solving while maintaining direct client interaction.

Core responsibilities include:

Supporting structured problem-solving by breaking down complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing analytical approaches
Communicating insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and supporting implementation efforts
Leading high-quality research and analysis across both qualitative and quantitative methods
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborating with team members to develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Mentoring and supporting the development of junior colleagues
Building sector expertise and contributing to internal knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in business or consulting, or a postgraduate degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience with growth strategy (commercial due diligence, go-to-market, market research etc.) ideally within media and/or technology sectors
High GPA
Genuine interest in the media and technology industries, with a willingness to learn
