As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Account Managers to help drive growth, build relationships, and increase brand awareness in influential accounts in key markets.
Role Description
The Field Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, cultivating relationships, and growing points of distribution to drive trial and velocity. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and excited to work in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing retail accounts and ensure they are stocked, merchandised, and supported to maximize sales. Supporting Bawi launches into new chains and grocery stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned accounts and communicate restocking needs to the team.
- Provide real-time insight using our customer relationship management app.
- Conduct in-store demos and product samplings to introduce customers to Bawi and increase velocity.
Compensation & Perks:
- $25 per hour for all work

Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals based in Austin or the greater ATX area.
- Candidates with a flexible schedule and availability to work part-time (approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role)
- Outgoing and personable individuals comfortable with customer-facing roles and engaging with consumers.
- Self-starters who are organized, reliable, and able to utilize an app to manage accounts independently.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in CPG, is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between accounts.
- Professional interactions with store staff.
