At Claimlane, we're hiring an additional SDR for our Austin, Texas office.
This role is for someone who thrives in an high-energy environment with extreme ownership. You’ll be part of a global SDR team, but will have the autonomy and responsibility to adapt tactics for the US market in collaboration with the global SDR lead.

Claimlane is a fast-growing, category-defining B2B SaaS company enabling retailer and brands to streamline complex warranty and claims management processes. We’re expanding rapidly and scaling aggressively in the US!
We already have household brands as customers in the US, including Black Diamond Equipment, Nemo Equipment and Tonies.
To accelerate our growth, we’re hiring additional SDR to own and grow our US pipeline - and together with our Account Executive, broaden the footprint of Claimlane’s presence in the US.
Position Overview
You’ll be the initial inbound and outbound point of contact, engaging retailers and brands across our ICPs, Outdoor & Sports, Furniture & Interior and Electronics. Inbound MQLs from Growth marketing is the main lead driver, but outbound is a strong focus of ours towards top ICP companies globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Book 10+ qualified meetings/month with US prospects within our ICP industries.
- Run 300 weekly touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Execute Claimlane’s SDR playbook - and constantly refine
- Personalize outreach and tailor messaging to the right stakeholders
- Work closely with the SDR Lead to refine US positioning.
- Hand off meetings effectively to the Account Executive to ensure smooth transition.
- Test new outbound tactics to break into strategic accounts.
- Represent Claimlane as the first touchpoint for US prospects.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of SDR/BDR experience within B2B SaaS.
- Extreme ownership & strong team-first mentality.
- Ambitious and comfortable owning a target — and hitting it.
- Confident on the phone; comfortable with cold calling as a part of a sequence
- Skilled in outbound personalization and objection handling.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
