Role Description
This is a part-time Independent Oncology Sales Territory Representative (1099) opportunity based in Texas. The representative will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying and building relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospitals, and cancer centers throughout Texas to drive product adoption.
Responsibilities include developing and executing effective business plans, managing Texas accounts, identifying and attending local oncology events, conducting product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer support, and staying informed about oncology trends and treatment protocols. The role requires active engagement with the Texas oncology community to expand awareness and utilization of the Chemo Mouthpiece device statewide.
Qualifications
- Existing relationships within the Texas oncology community strongly preferred
- Experience in oncology, supportive care, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales
- Proficiency in account management and developing strong customer relationships
- Strong skills in business planning and executing market strategies
- Knowledge of oncology treatments and the ability to educate healthcare professionals on product benefits
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus
