Role Overview
Envision is seeking a Business Development professional to drive new revenue growth and expand market presence. This full‑time role offers work‑from‑home flexibility and is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, and engaging prospects through both direct outreach and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct market and account research to understand prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts
- Collaborate with marketing, and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to support thought leadership, brand visibility, and prospect engagement
- Analyze market and prospect data to identify trends and areas of opportunity that support business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within financial services and/or financial technology
- Strong lead‑generation and market‑research skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Demonstrated ability to use social media for professional networking, thought leadership, and demand generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
