We are looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Los Angeles, California, this role is ideal for individuals eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis and data interpretation within the non-profit sector. Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support organizational goals and decision-making processes.
• Compile and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Bloomberg Terminal and other financial tools to gather and analyze market data.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine financial models and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Assist in monitoring financial performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Stay informed about financial market developments and their potential impact on the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal and other financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial markets and reporting processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience or internships in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
