Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator would support the Senior Coordinator by following orders from sample to delivery, assist in managing retail relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams. This role is ideal for someone with 1 year of experience who has a passion for fashion, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of seasonal sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the coordinator with sample management
- Create and maintain costing sheets
- Support showroom operations during client visits and seasonal market appointments
- Sample life-cycle management
- Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and maintain roadmaps
- Manage customer communications, including order updates and issue resolution
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal strategies
- Monitor trends and provide insights to support sales strategies
- Ensure accurate documentation of SKUs, sizes, colors, and product details
- Keep on calendar
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in fashion sales support, retail coordination, or merchandising
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with PLM systems and inventory management tools
- Basic understanding of fashion retail cycles (seasonal collections, buying calendars)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with product specifications
