The description:
In the role of Sales Account Manager specializing in the Pets category, you will oversee major accounts, such as Petsmart, Petco, WalMart, among others.

VP of Sales and Marketing
The opportunity:
For a pet lover to manage an existing account base, and also grow new strategic accounts,
ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and driving business development initiatives.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction to ensure the highest level of client engagement and experience
- Experience in Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or pets industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
