Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and delivery timeframes
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, special terms and pricing
- Process orders, send confirmations, and expedite shipments when necessary
- Monitor aging and open orders, ensuring promised delivery dates are met
- Collaborate closely with outside sales to support customers, follow up on opportunities, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Participate as an active member of the inside sales team by sharing incoming calls/emails and supporting coworkers across sales and warehouse functions
- Maximize gross margin through strong service, problem solving, and technical expertise
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (required)
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring proper attention to client needs and retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Houston, Tx
- Experience in the plumbing industry (preferred)
- Pump or technical product experience (strongly preferred)
