OverviewNavitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Pricing and Underwriting to join our team!
The Supervisor, Pricing and Underwriting will oversee and manage a team of analysts. This position will support various Navitus departments to facilitate successful delivery of pricing, risk, and other relevant information for internal decision-making, operations, sales, and client retention efforts. This individual will be expected to understand, interpret, analyze, and integrate data, including claims utilization from prospective clients, Navitus systems, industry market intelligence, and other sources as required. The individual will leverage use of analytics and financial modeling to assist internal customers to make informed decisions to decrease Navitus’ risk and increase Navitus’ sales and client retention.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Develop and train analysts.
- Interpret data models to establish pricing and forecast solutions to secure and retain business.
- Maintain and further develop mechanisms to provide pricing and financial modeling for prospective and current clients.
- Develop winning strategies and suggest opportunities to meet client objectives in collaboration with analysts, leadership, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Deliver on-time pricing and ad hoc analyses as required.
- Provide qualitative responses pertaining to pricing offers and associated strategies.
- Determine reimbursement-pricing structures to align with organizational goals.
- Identify and utilize internal and external tools for tracking, measuring, and forecasting of pricing, claims, and financial data.
- Understand applicable data models and ensuring integrity of use of internal databases, such as CRM, PC2, Qlikview/QlikSense extracts, Medi-Span and other applicable databases.
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- BA/BS required. Educational concentration in statistics, mathematics, finance, actuarial science, economics, or business preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in PBM pricing, analytics, finance, or related healthcare/business environment required.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
