We’re a D2C brand focused on building a refined, luxury-led visual identity that goes beyond just aesthetics—it’s about creating a feeling. We’re looking for a designer who understands subtle, thoughtful design and can bring this sensibility across packaging, branding, and digital touchpoints.
Core Design Skills
- Packaging design (boxes, pouches, labels, jars) — this is non-negotiable
- Brand identity and visual system building
- Typography — strong sense for editorial and luxury type
- Colour theory, especially working with earthy, Moroccan-inspired palettes
- Print production knowledge (bleed, CMYK, dielines, finishes like foiling/embossing)
Digital & Social
- Social media graphics (Instagram carousels, reels covers, story templates)
- Basic motion/animation for digital assets is a plus
Software — Must Have
- Adobe Illustrator (packaging, logos, vector work)
- Adobe Photoshop (retouching, mockups)
- Adobe InDesign (multi-page layouts, lookbooks)
Software — Good to Have
- Figma (digital assets, presentations)
- Adobe After Effects (if you want animated content)
- Canva Pro (for quick turnaround social templates)
Sensibility — The Most Important Part
- Portfolio must show luxury or lifestyle brands — not tech, not FMCG
- Should understand restraint — Moromaa’s aesthetic is quiet, ritualistic, not loud
- Understands how to design for feel, not just visual appeal
- Bonus if they’ve worked on beauty, wellness, or D2C brands
