Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our home improvement solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Unique Home Solutions' products.
- Engage prospects through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on customer interest.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly telemarketing targets.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in B2C sales is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
