Summary
This role will support design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams. The position offers exposure to real-world applications, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship from senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems
- Create and update CAD models and engineering drawings
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product performance
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Document designs, specifications, and test results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 0–3+ years of experience (internships/co-ops accepted)
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
