Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist sales and management team with active customer engagement
- Ensure that all state, federal, and manufacturer guidelines are met
- Actively work with management to assist in deal structuring to maximize opportunity
- Oversee departmental sales, gross, and penetration objectives
- Sell financing, service contract, and insurance products to customers
- Conduct both group and one on one training with sales staff
- Maintain and grow strong working relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and factory representatives
Qualifications
- 1+ year of automotive finance and insurance background is required
- Degree or experience in Finance, Lending, or Banking
- Prior automotive management experience is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be extremely organized
- Must have some proficiency on computers
- Must be able to problem solve, multitask daily, and have strong analytical skills

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
