Income Potential
This is a commission-based opportunity with performance incentives. Successful first-year professionals often earn between $65,000 – $100,000+, with no cap on income. As your client base grows, renewal income and bonuses can create long-term earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Desire to help others achieve financial security
- Willingness to obtain required licenses (Life & Health; Series 6/7 & 63 as applicable)
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, not required
